Short Version
We do not have accounts, so we do not collect names, emails, payment details or anything else that identifies you. Your game balance is stored in your own browser and never reaches our servers.
What We Store On Your Device
Fake Stake uses your browser's localStorage to remember one thing: your virtual credit balance. This is stored on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be wiped at any time by clearing your browser data or by pressing the reset button in the site header. It is not a cookie and is not used for tracking.
Server Logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider records standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page and user agent. These are used for security and to diagnose faults, retained for a limited period, and not used to build a profile of you.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site, they are configured to measure aggregate traffic only (page views, referrers, broad country-level location). We do not use them to identify individuals or to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell data to anyone.
Affiliate Links
Links marked "Play For Real" send you to third-party casinos. When you follow one, that operator may set its own cookies and record that the visit came from us, so that any commission can be attributed correctly. Once you leave this site you are subject to that operator's privacy policy, not ours — please read it. See our affiliate disclosure for more.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we ask parents to use content filtering if minors have access to a shared device.
Your Rights
Because we hold no personal data linked to you, there is generally nothing to access, correct or delete on our side — deleting your browser data removes everything we could conceivably associate with you. If you believe we hold data about you and want it removed, write to contact@fake-stake.io and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
