Stake Monthly Bonus Calculator
The monthly bonus works like the weekly one but over a 30-day window, and it typically carries a larger lossback component. Model your own numbers below — every rate is editable, because Stake's actual formula is proprietary.
Estimate only. Stake does not publish this formula — adjust the two rate sliders to match a bonus you have actually received and the estimate becomes accurate for your account.

How The Stake Monthly Bonus Works
The monthly bonus follows the same logic as the weekly one over a longer window: a percentage of your 30-day wager, scaled by VIP tier, with a lossback component applied to net losses. The reported difference is emphasis — the monthly reload typically leans more heavily on lossback, so a heavy losing month can return noticeably more than a break-even month at the same volume.
As with everything in this programme, the exact formula is proprietary. The calculator above models wager rate and lossback rate separately so you can see how much each contributes.
Lossback, Explained
Lossback returns a percentage of your net losses rather than of your turnover. It behaves very differently from rakeback: a month where you wagered a lot and finished level pays little lossback, while a month where you wagered the same and lost heavily pays much more.
It is worth understanding the incentive this creates, because it is not neutral. A rebate that grows as your losses grow makes losing months feel partially refunded, which is precisely the psychological mechanism that keeps a losing player at the table. That is not a reason to refuse it — take every rebate you are owed — but it is a reason to keep your own numbers rather than relying on how a month felt.
Making The Estimate Accurate For You
- Record what you wagered over the 30 days, and your net result.
- When the bonus arrives, divide it by your wager to get your effective wager rate.
- Enter that rate above instead of the default.
- Repeat for two or three months and the estimate will be far better than any published figure.
What It Is Actually Worth
Add up rakeback, weekly bonus and monthly bonus and compare the total against your expected loss for the same period, which the stats calculator will give you. That comparison — total rebates versus total expected cost — is the only number that tells you what a VIP programme is genuinely worth to you.
For almost every player the answer is that it reduces the cost of the hobby without eliminating it. Anyone telling you a rebate programme makes casino play profitable is selling something.
How Accurate Is This?
Stake does not publish the formulas behind its VIP rewards, weekly bonus or monthly bonus — they are proprietary and adjusted over time. Every rate on this page is therefore an editable input with a community-reported default, not a claim of fact.
Use it the way you would use a mortgage estimator: to understand the shape of the thing and to compare scenarios, not to predict a number to the cent. If your actual bonus differs, the operator is right and this page is wrong.
